Test environment: window xp sp3 +IE 8.0
When the WebReg function was installed for IE,that I can't start the Internet Explorer 8.
It will be popup an error like "sysFader:iexplore.exe application error",then IE will crash.
We have an analysis result,it may be the file "aswWebRepIE.dll" lead to this bug.
