You could also try flushing out the sandbox between uses.  Just a shot in the dark.

I'll take note, but it's protected by password and a bit complicated to get there. Sandboxie has an "auto-sandbox delete on exit" feature in the Sandbox settings. May be it's a future Avast Pro wish list. 8)
