My site is blocking by avast!!!

Avast says "Torjan detected" JS:Downloader-AWA [Trj].
What i have to do?

welcome to the forum.
you have to clean it from the infection avast is flagging for. most likely something in the code that avast is flagging at.

http://www.stopbadware.org/home/security this is a good start.
