Hi and welcome, Pulsar,

I doubt if this has anything to do with your problem -- but please note there's a new "interim" program version, 4.1.501, as of about a week ago.

Vlk has said that this version is essentially just to ease the transition to 4.5 when it's available, probably quite soon, so you'll want it anyway.  But try installing that and see if by any wild chance it helps clear up your problem.

Best,
Mike

Pulsar

I know you already did this, but I could not resist trying my espanol.   ;D

If you have a firewall, disable it and try a update. See if this works. If so you know where to look.
