You have a "print screen" key in your keyboard. In my keyboard, it reads as "Prt Sc" over a text that reads "SysRq" in the same key.
So, in MY keyboard, when the focus is on the screen you want to copy, I would use the following simultaneous combination of keys:
<Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Shift>+<PrtSc>
This puts the screenshot in memory. Open the Windows program named "Paint" (start menu -> accessories -> Paint) and press <Ctrl>+<V>, which should paste your screenshot. Save that file as "screen1.JPG" for example, and attach it ti your next post.
