Most of the emails that I receive via outlook connector get changed to plain text. I don't have this problem on my laptop, but on my desktop which is running Windows 7 64 bit and Outlook 2003.
I have both of the "Insert Note Into..." unchecked in "Mail Shield"--"Expert"--"Behaviour".
This is very annoying seeing that I cannot make out what the email is saying unless I view it from the Webmail in a browser.
I hope someone can help me with this.
