Win32Beagle peice of poo

I can't get rid of this virus. I have updated and done a virus cleaner. There must be 1000's of them. I am going to throw it in the pool soon.
please help :'(

Please help us help you.
What version of Avast! are you using
What vps version?
What OS?
What exactly is the error message? (If you are getting one.)
The path and filename is of great help.
etc. etc.
The more info you supply, the easier it is for us to solve your problem.
Please don't throw it into the pool. Pool infections are more expensive to clean. ;D
