OK, so now I have Win 8.1 installed via Windows Store free Upgrade and is running Great, how can I get the Install File on CD/DVD or download the Set up file to burn to CD/DVD?
Anyone with the simplest way.  Like Microsoft made it simple. ::)
Easiest way is to copy the BT folder that is created in C drive after updating to 8.1 to a spare usb, do this before running windows disc clean as once you delet the old file and windows update files they'll be gone for good.
Yes that is easier but in my case I didn't discover that you could get a usable ISO until after I had cleaned up the machine. The method I posted is completely legal and does work. The additional editing also makes it possible to do a clean install of 8.1 using the key from your version of Win8. This ability definitely should be made available by MS so that people who do a reinstall won't first have to install 8 and then get the 8.1 update from the store. That process could take most of your day.

Seems that update is only for 8.1 x86 bit systems.
It wasn't showing up for me so I checked the details at Microsoft, the only update I received was KB2901549 which was only 23Mb.

Since I'm currently on a X86 (32bit) system,
I didn't realize that is was OS computer / OS specific. :)

I'm using 32 bit Windows 8.1 Pro and I checked Windows Update and didn't get that one. I got KB2901549 and I had already gotten 2895219 right after updating to 8.1 a couple of days ago.

Well Actually I had the order reversed. 2901549 is for IE 11 and that's the one I had gotten right after the 8.1 update. 2895219 is the one I got today and it fixes issues with the Windows Store. The one you posted, KB 2883200 was supposed to be included in the 8.1 update automatically and I guess it was for me.

Named GA Rollup A, this update which seems to be a feature improvement will update the internals of Windows 8.1 as well as add some new features in visual. The update would be part of the Windows 8.1 when it is launched for public in DVDs and as free update for Windows 8 users from Store.

The GA Rollup A includes three different updates named KB2894179, KB2883200 and KB2894029 which update many features of Windows 8.1.

Was wondering if anyone can enlighten me.
In the 'Notification Area Icons' accessed through Control Panel, I have icons and some duplicated icons of programs no longer used.
I can't see how to delete them from Area? They are building up. ???
Anyone know how to delete unused/not wanted icons in this Area :)

A screenshot would help since I have nothing in that area that's not on my system.

As far as I know there is only one way to get rid of icons for things that are no longer on the computer. It involves completely deleting the notifications cache and then letting it rebuild from the things you actually have and use. Of course then you have to redo every individual setting for when you want them to show. I have done it a couple of times myself. Open regedit and go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify and delete IconStreams and PastIconStreams. The same entries are found at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify. You may need to do both but just the second one should work. Then reboot the computer.

You can also try this utility; http://leelusoft.blogspot.com/2009/10/tray-cleaner-10.html
