I don't like the results from Avast because there are too many % that is user depent. I think Avira and Eset are making a big progress in there protection at this moment. :(

I do not really worry about the result, but what bothers me is the 3.1% that
is left to the user. :-\

Unfortunately there is no explanation of what these user settings/decisions are. For instance PUPs Potentially unwanted programs, is one such user setting/decision.

Yes that is certainly one, as it is set to Ask.

However, as the PUPs issue is off by default in the FSS, Sensitivity and also in the on-demand scans. Unless the User elects to scan for PUPS they could be run and only then would the autosandbox 'possibly' kick in.
