Win32:Trojan-gen

Hello
I Have a Strange TroJan  in My Systtem and When I Run avast he detect him , i choose delete i scan again and the trojan was not here but every week he com back    but i dowload nothing .....
please can U say How To remove That
i dont want to format

Its ExatlY THis Problem Burt the virus Is already There I Do Waht U Say But i Cant Fuck This SuckINg Virus    If u have any other  Idea ?
