UGHHHHH! any help??

Virus name:          Win32:DyfucDldr [Trj]

File name:      c:\_RESTORE\TEMP\A0078135.CPY

it keeps sayin access is denied.... what do i do? it wont let me move it, delete, repair or anything. *sigh*

and how do i know what the best thing to do for each virus is?

Turn off the "system restore" feature, restart the system and it will be gone.

what version of windows are you running?
try control panel / system / system restore tab / uncheck box / apply

It would help if anybody speaks spanish, however i have managed to disabled the creation of BDRV, i suposse this is the feature of system restore feature, and the i restart my computer but when i run avast it reapears the virus WIN32:DYFUCDLDR [TRJ].
I other way i have the avast cleaner but it doesn't detect this virus.

I have this virus too: Win32:Trojan-gen. {UPX!} and i can't clean it.
Please help me.

It is curious that when i am in the "Interfaz avanzada" and i run the virus avast cleaner, it doesn't detect the virus but when i am in the simple user interfaz it dectect both virus.

well i have an icon "i" and with right clik i enter a menu an choose the option  "Deactivate the creation of the BDRV" and i think that means deactivating the system restore ¿right?

no its a system function that has nothing to do with antivirus
look back to my original post it laid out the path to find it if you are running windows xp
