First, please use the "quote" tags to quote other posts (you failed to do that more than once already).
Second, I clearly read the complete topic (and I state this here because you are suggesting I didn't), but YOU are not. Those folders are not completely random, and DavidR already explained twice the only possible option you have. There is no "blaming each other" (ZA/Avast). A possible solution was given (twice) and you completely disregard it. Either you read and follow the instructions and then report back, or there isn't much more anyone can do/say.
If your case was happening "a lot", we would see complaints all over the forum. We don't. So either users have a way to avoid this problem (whichever the method/way, I don't know and I don't care by now), or users are simply stop using either one of the two programs in questions.
You were told again and again and again, by several forum members including one Avast Team member, that sf.bin is not doing that ZA is saying it is. Either you follow the workaround already explained, or... well, or I don't really know how we can explain it more clearly.
