Iyogi just worked on my computer and stole my eMail list.  How do I tell if they may have put a keystroke monitoring program on the machine as well?

You can be safe even if there are keyloggers installed and your AV failed to detect it by installing KeyScrambler.

How did you determine that they stole your email list ?
As this needs to be fully investigated.
