Today I downloaded the newest and free version of Avast! After installion, I did the routine computer scan. It came up with three infections so I moved it to the virus vault. It recomended me to restart my computer so I did and when I got it back on I found a problem. If I click ANY program including avast it will not come up. The only things that will show up are my documents, my computer, my pictures, etc. I can't unistall avast because when I click "uninstall a program or device" the interface will not come up.
