uninstall issue

After uninstalling avast pro antivirus 6.0.1000 i can't connect to any of network drives on 2 machines and it wipes out my start up script that is pushed from the domain controller,has anyone seen this issue before? i will try and get a screen shot of the vb script warning i receive. I should add this only happens on vista 32 bit.

have you tried running the uninstall tool and reboot ?
