Not at all smart, but it says a lot about the man. Thinking that he/they can get away with it, with all of their internet controls in place. Those smart people are smart enough to be using a VPN.

I guess we will now see the team paraded through the Capital Pyongyang in an open top bus with a replica World Cup trophy.

Original World Cup trophy was estimated to be worth over ten million dollars, as it was 75% 18K gold, stolen, recovered, and stolen once again, and never found.  So their new replica is not allowed to go home to Germany, and a fake one goes with the team instead.  The new replica stays with FIFA and is closely guarded 24/7.
