Mine are probably tighter than yours but that wasn't what the joke was about was it

Bob has something has shrunken so tight, that you really can't talk about it as an old pec's where it doesn't quite sit where they used too as you age day by day

It is about funny things Bob, just because your sense of humour is lacking doesn't mean we all have to be "an old stick in the mud" you seem to like giving out the cheek where ever you seem fit so if some of it occasionally comes back your way then take it with a grain of salt.

As it's been mentioned before this is the "funnies topic", a sense of humour is a must and if you don't like matter then you don't have to contribute.
