More condiments to put on food or in drinks, etc.
In the UK there is a brand name called Fridge Raiders, tasty snacks (I don't know if this is a more widespread product).
Though I could do with less snacks so I have to make a meal.
I don't keep crisps (potato chips) in the fridge, I need a sign for those
I've gotten used to cutting off a wedge from a head of Lettuce and enjoy munching on that for a snack.
It has no nutritional value but, it also doesn't add any body mass.
I have Chinese Leaf in the fridge, a little more tasty than lettuce, I add it to sandwiches (ham,cheese and tomato), salads, nice and crunchy. As you say little nutrition, but also filling. I also have fruit, mainly apples. So not all bad, get some of my 5 a day vegetables.
