You don't even have to use the toolbar to have the "translate with Bing" option available in IE9.
You don't need the toolbar to have translate in IE10 either http://www.iegallery.com/Addons/Details/205

Since I never use the actual sites to get or read my mail, I don't know but the translation feature is available in the right click context menu on any page.

Not sure but what I do with my Hotmail is first add it to favourites then in internet options/delete browsing history tick the box to preserve favourites website data.

After doing all that it's only one click from favourites to go to Hotmail and no more logging in :)

Even funnier, this morning's Yahoo News had an item saying that emergency-preparedness seminars are including how to deal with vampire -- sorry, meant zombie -- attacks.  The columnist agreed that the possibility of such was strictly hypothetical, and conjectured that the thinking was "if you're prepared for zombies, you're ready for anything."

Hi MikeBCda,

You never know what is being broadcasted from a "hacked" TV station even if it is belated Halloween news:

next they attack China  ;D

This is funny to me. The security firm Bit9, who pride themselves on having totally malware proof security systems, had some of their servers hacked and sensitive information including a certificate they sign their software with stolen. The certificate was then used to sign malware. The thing that struck me funny was this quote from the statement they released.
Quote
"Due to an operational oversight within Bit9, we failed to install our own product on a handful of computers within our network," Chief Executive Patrick Morley wrote on Bit9's blog
