Isn't the free trial to avoid problems like this?
Did you try your reseller? Where did you buy avast?Why do you want a refund? What's wrong with avast?
No i bought it online thru Avast. I wanted to get a refund because the software is still not working for me, and i have tried several times contacting support and using this forum but no one seem to know wht is happening.
What exactly is wrong with your avast? What is doing or not doing? What other security software do have or ever had? How did you uninstall it? What is your OS? I see you posted in the Business Protection forum. Please follow that thread. Those people over there are better qualified to assist you. We need more details other than "I want a refund".
