On my other computer with Windows xp I just uninstalled a program called Bootscreen.. and when i restarted the computer I saw a message that said "New Hardward found  Net is ready for install"  but that is that we had that message earlier this year but it stopped.. I am asking here cause its very suspicious..

Can you use Process Explorer and discover which process is invoking that popup?

It wasn't in Process Explorer.. I did a search online after an hour had past since i posted this.. it said there would be a hardware thing in device manager under networking called Unknown hardware  and disable it and it should stop the popup so i did and it stopped that popup for me.. so if you want I guess you can delete this topic since it has been solved..

Actually, you could go back and edit your first post and change the Topic by inserting ***Solved***
