Avast 6.0 Firewall Rules Does Not Take Effect.

in a fresh AIS installation, updated to 6.0.1289 version, i added some application rule to block some untrusted files but it seems it doesnt take any effect.

then just for test, i blocked Mozilla firefox in application rules section of avast firewall, it block firefox until firefox was open. when i restart firefox, avast firewall doesnt block it anymore.

already i am using firefox to posting this message while firefox is completely blocked in avast firewall rules!  

information:
the os is windows 7 32bit (with latest updates)
windows firewall and defender services are disabled
no other security software is installed.

solved 

the problem was:
Avast ask me about network zone and i answered home because i was in home but i didnt know Avast doesnt apply network rules when you are at home. 

i think it is better to Avast add a new option to network rules for example "Always Block" to block an application even at home. becuase there is some applications i never want them to connect to internet even when i am home.
