Malware names of the last virus definition update (20111005-0)

Hello!

Just wondering, what means the + in the front of the name of some definitions names created today?

The ones like:

What difference they have? Or none difference, just the name...?

Those are special detections that are used internally by the engine. You don't have to worry about them.
