Network Shield and IE based Browser

When using my browser of choice GreenBrowser, I never see the Network Shield Screen.
If I run IE, i always notice the Network Shield.
Does that mean that this feature isn't working when I use GreenBrowser? :'(

What do you mean with see?
Is there any splash screen? I've not seen any...  ::)

Yes technical there is if I open IE.
There isn't when I open any of the other IE based browsers. I tried 8 different IE based browsers none of them show the splash screen only Internet Explorer.
