Sorry but that doesn't help at all.
Maybe this will explain it better:

Sorry, here is a screenshot. As you can see, the password field is always grey and I'm working with other people on a french forum to try to understand why, since I installed OE 6 SP1, OE asks me my password every time I launch it.

Ok, Now what you need to do is close down OE and then go to programs, select avast! and then select the Mail Protection Wizard and follow the directions.
You will need the information in the Account properties that you have posted.
Let me know how you make out.

I resolved the password problem by installing a patch published by Wanadoo.
I tried to launch the mail protection wizard with the manually setting, checked all the accounts. But no result...  :'(

While you used the Mail Protection Wizzard, was Outlook express Shut down? and if it was, did you reboot afterwards?

I ran the mail protection wizard again with manual settings, checked all the accounts and rebooted Windows with no success.
I think I found the (very) strange thing :
-I run the mail protection wizard and check all the accounts (4 accounts+1 which is called GGF that I don't know).

-I launch OE from the Wanadoo "toolbox" ("espace Wanadoo" in french) with for example the first account.
-I run the MPW again and the account I launched is by default unchecked.  ??? ???
