Why is this file always in sandbox

c:\windows\SysWOW64\macromed\flash\flashUtil10x....
I believe this is adobe flash for my browsers on my pc. Can anyone tell me why this is constantly being processed in the autosandbox/sandbox?

Windows 8.1 amd a10-5700 64 bit
12 GB ram 1 tb hard drive. Avast 18, MBAM

I'm not "against" uploading to VT, but I don't think this is related to, for example, a potential false positive. According to the OP, Avast is not saying that the file is infected, but only running it in sandbox.

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to that question, so someone else maybe can give some hint about it.
