I purchased your licence and it causes my PC with a Windows 7 64bit OS to CRASH!
I suggest re-downloading the latest version of the Avast edition you purchased and running it. After the installation finishes, please reboot immediately.

@Asyn, I've been on to this for 4.5 hours now and I tried what you just mentioned a few hours ago. Some how there's something wrong with the freaking firewall + and then the current version seemed to conflict with Windows 7 as it BLUESCREEN's when I reboot.
I hate fixing stuff in terms of license user =(License AV should be running smoothly without trouble shooting.
Which firewall did you use before..??Which AV did you use before..??
