D-Link DCS-6620G Camera

I am unable to view my camera when away from the office unless I have web shield stopped. I tried to add the ip address to the exclusion list but I can only view the camera with web shields off.

Try first adding the IP address to the avastUI, Settings, Troubleshooting, Redirect Settings, WEB - Ignored Addresses.

I presume that this wasn't where you added it ?

No, I added it to the web shields exclusion list. I will add it now and report back. Thanks for the quick reply.

That worked  ;). Thank You! I am looking for an alternative Security Suite since my Kaspersky Pure license expires in 12 days. Your quick reply and solution just may be the deal breaker.
