Boot Time Scan Failures

I have been monitoring the Boot Time Scan through ADNM for one of our clients and noticed it is failing on all but two of the PCs on the network. Below is some information:
Running SBS 2008
Scheduled to start on Fridays at 11:59PM
Error Messages:
"failed(This operation returned because the timeout period expired)"
"failed(This function is not supported on this system)"

The first error is on all but one failing machine.
The second is only occurring on one machine.

We have the exact same setup for another client and everything runs smoothly.
We have informed the client the computers need to be left on at night, although I am not 100% sure they do this. I am attempting to verify this tonight.

Any information would be helpful, as I really feel in the dark on this.

I discovered the computers were being turned off. Let's hope this is fixed. Looks like I dropped the ball on this one!
