I have a client with SBS2008 and ever since installing Avast BPP on his network, his weekly report called "Detailed Network Report" is all nasty looking with big red headers and the word CRITICAL listed twice for EVERY machine on his network. Once for Antivirus and again for Antispyware, it also states "unable to retrieve status information" for the Firewall status.
Can someone please tell me how to get Avast to cooperate with SBS2008 and let the server know that things are protected?
