malicious URL blocked-won't stop popping up

I've been using this product for a while and never had this happen before. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. But it keeps popping up on every single site I go to, and it's really annoying. Any idea what might have caused it/how I can fix it?

Some more information about which product your using and what system your running, Have you tried running full scans with Avast and Malwarebytes, run a malwarebytes scan and repost your question and include your MBAM scan logs in the viruses and worms section http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=4.0.

I'm using the free antivirus and running windows XP.

like I said, I've been using this for a while and it's never happened before.

Read reply 2, run a malwarebytes scan and start a thread in the correct section of the forum http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=4.0, also post a screen shot of the avast warning as Pondus mentioned.
