Hello,
look on the numbers. The shortest bar on the first image starts on about 48 % and on second one the longest ends on about 48 % in this way it is distorted in my opinion ;-)

Which is the independence of that site?
Does it belong to McAfee? Receive money for testing?

Looks a bit dodgy to me, test is only 792 samples plus what is superantispyware doing in the list  ??? its not an av and i thought PCTools wasn't being developed anymore or at least Symantec have let it go stale.

Statistics on the detection rate for each antiviral products

This test is updated every day at two o'clock in the morning on a sample of about 1000 threats (see details for the exact figure). This test is based on the recognition of new threats with antivirus, why we call zero-day detection.

What's wrong with Firefox?

1 - 2 - 3
Just because there's a "s" after "http" and the certificate is not verified. :-\

But relating to the topic...
Microsoft beat avast! by 2 threats. :'(
I don't trust today's results. >:(
You just wait till' tomorrow. That's when the fun begins. :)
