Fixed my Timeout Errors on E-Mail Scanning

I use a Norton Inet Secure and it has a built in spam alert, If I leave it on i get a timeout error popup from Avast, that starts an Infinite loop so after about 590 of them popping up my computer would crash??
I did a little trouble shooting and found that the spam alert was causing this to happen. I have had no more problems since disabling it..
Hope this help someone else having this problem.

My personal opinion is never use anything from Symantec if it is for internet security

Having Avast, Spybot s&d, Ad-Aware and ofcourse a good firewall is normally enough.
