unable to turn on avast after update

hi after installing the new ipdate im unable to turn on avast i get the following error
The following componnts could not be started Im shield  P2P shield , file system shield tuning avast on via action center didn't work either any help much apreciated

Hi,

   Try to repair avast! You can do it by going to..

   Control Panel -> Programs and Features (Add or Remove Programmes) -> avast -> Click on uninstall /Change ->Scroll down for the option  of Repair .

   Try to scan with avast! and post back with results.

Maybe try to enter the settings -> Troubleshooting -> restore factory defaults -> reset now

After the repair, reboot.
