Hello,
I'm using Avast! Free Antivirus v6.0.1367 Virus Definition 1111205-0.

I had trouble debugging applications between any browser with Zend Toolbar installed and Zend Studio 8.0 for PHP.  :'(

The problem is that the debugging functions are not working as expected between the browser and Zend Studio (all connections are to & from localhost, no internet web site is involved).

Disabling the Web Shield of Avast! solved the problem. :D

Every time I switch the Web Shield ON the problem arises again.  :-\

This message is FYI to aid debug the problem.

Until I'll not see a fix for this problem to the Avast! engine, I'll leave the Web Shield module switched OFF.

Greetings,
Stefano Coletta

In Avast 6.0.1367, go to the Web Shield tab, EXPERT settings, add to the exclusion / exception list the specific processes that are trying to communicate but failing.

Please report back.
