Perfect! Will it be made available when the app moves out of beta or possibly beforehand?

I would suggest to add uninstall protection for avast mobile security. Password should be the best option.

Do you have this in plan?

Additionally I would like to see a Network traffic monitor integrated as other security vendors have.

GO SMS may interfere with the Anti-Theft part.

I'm sorry for the rather stupid question, but I just can't quite understand what does the third Icon in the Firewall blocking options means. First's Wireless, Second is 3G... what's the Third? GPRS? ???

Hah thx bob, I know what GPRS is (in basic terms), I'm not that young :D. I was just wondering does the third icon mean GPRS or something else... :? Sorry it's important to me. Thx.

We are giving away everything we've got for free.
There will be no premium (paid) version for the time being.

So if you paid for TA and later on you charge for AT what's about paid up TA licences?  And yes I understand "there are no plans right now" as previously quoted else where, but that is standard legal speak for "but we may in the future".  You bought the company, you have my licence fee, what can I expect in the future?

Most likely, additional improvements and additional features.
I don't see your logic in Avast having your money.

I don't see your logic in Avast having your money.

I pay "Company A" for product, "Company B" buys "Company A".  "Company B" now owns "Company A"'s  assets and accounts.  The standard process of buying a company.

Well your license fee, may well already have gone into development/overheads of the theft aware product, not the new avast mobile security suite.

So a company taking over another company would generally honour your existing license (depending on the terms of the takeover), which presumably is the case you could keep your existing product and license.

However, if you choose to go for the free product with more features you effectively giving up your existing license and remaining period.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.2.6105 (build 24.2.8918.824) UI 1.0.799/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

If my licence fee went on electricity to power a programmers computer so he could develop TA, then Avast are enriched by the code and features he created during that time.  The point is Avast gained 'assets' which were financed by licence purchases.

However, if you choose to go for the free product with more features you effectively giving up your existing license and remaining period.
It's not a free product it's 'currently' free.  It's a beta so that may be why it's free, but as previously stated "There will be no premium (paid) version for the time being.".  Does that say it's free for ever, no it says it's free now.  If Avast release a statement that it's free forever then fine I have not concerns over the licencing. I bought a licence to TA which was allowing me all features and upgrades, it Avast decide at the end of the beta to charge then am I going to have to buy the product again?
