I want to create skins for Avast!

I want to create skins for avast.  Is it possible for anyone to make skins for the client?  I have made skins for other programs like WinAmp and Mozilla, but I have not seen any information on how to do so for Avast.  Just a couple of tips of where to start would help!

Get e.g. Photoshop and SkinBuilder and write to novak@asw.cz for more information.
