I posted about getting this error earlier and all the ways of fixing it were unsuccessful.  I will give you some  more information.

I am running XP Version 5.4.3790.14

Avast 4.5

Hmm that is a AVG error, not a Avast problem. Why the heck did you post it here?

As mentioned in a lot of threads here and in other places. It is strongly advised to have only one AV on a system. I would say, remove AVG completely and see if the problem is solved.
