my opinion on avast it fail badly.a piece of malware cause the vm to bsod, claims it found malware but didn't do anything about,the sandbox is not working and the behavior blocker is not working

agreed... avast behaviour blocker honestly isn't really that good on auto decide as far as i see... i open avast up when its on auto decide i see it analyzing suspicious events but no alert somehow :/ i hope avast will really improve on the behaviour shield though :/ auto-decide i prefer as ask pops me up with things that i do not know how to answer.... like when i download malware and run em in the vm... it pops up saying trying to modify protected resource... and i was like... what to answer???? i mean like come on... i was given that alert when i try to install whitelisted safe programs :/

Download the latest version of avast! Uninstall Utility and save it.
Boot in Safe Mode and run it from there pointing to version 6.
Boot and reinstall the new public beta version.
