can someone help me understand somethings about the new version ?

On th new version the problem I was having as was suggested I did 2 things I disabled system restore rebooted and turned it back on and I also downloaded the beta for avast that the link was provided.

I was just wondering was this a issue in the first version of 4.5 thats been fixed since or something ?

did someone reccommend that you do that?
if you read the new release thread (second on list in this forum i think you will understand what it has fixed
