Recieving continuous attack

I'm recieving a continuous attack from a malicious url. Avast is blocking it but i suspect i'm infected with malware.

Please, i'm starting to be in panic, can you help me?

Can you please check for the hosts file?

Steps:
1. Open notepad.
2. Press Ctrl+O
3. In file name type C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts and press Enter.

Copy and past the contets here.
