anyone know what this is? when i start up my computer i keep getting this warning from avast. i have the choice of opening it in sandbox, or cancelling it altogether. i keep selecting to cancel the opening and i check off for it to remember this, but the next time it pops up again. is this a problem for the computer, or is it just an annoying popup that i shouldn't worry about?

It's a safe program from Intel for bluetooth connections.
You can run it out of the sandbox and check to remember your choice.
