I mean it is really something else to install a decent antivirus on Ubuntu.  I ran ubuntu 4 days without an antivir and picked up about 30 virus.  Now this fucking myth that Linux doesent have viruses is complete retarded bullshit.  I did run the lines as directed above on Ubuntu 14.10 and rebooted my machine but the installer tells me that "the package is of poor quality" and cannot be installed.  Even if I choose "install anyway" it gets me back to the install startup.  It is the same retarded numness with Comodo antivir.  GET YOUR THUMS OUT OF YOUR DAM ASS AND MAKE THE THING APPEN.  Ubuntu is a taget for alot of virus and doing banking online without a decent antivir is sheer madness or stupidity.  Get serious.
