Avast is slow scanning, system resources hog and horrible user interface?

What i won't give you is any way to contact me beyond this forum, and i won't do that for a very good reason.

What I'd like to know is what it takes to make you leave this forum for a program you don't use and have no real knowledge about.
The reason you don't give out your information is because your a petty little person who's afraid of your own shadow and assume that every one is out to get you.
Normally, I would have nothing but contempt for a person like you but, in your case, I think pity is is order.

No one said you should post all the best about avast!, but comming in here just because of one particular reason to make fight with everyone is not the best reason you could choose... IMHO...

And, no... e-mail shouldn't be revealed anyway... that's just your personal opinion and decision. You can always create some additional e-mail account (there is so many free providers out there), to have it just in case you want to hear something from this forum members through e-mail... you could always close it as it becomes annoying. SPAM is also another annoying thing, and that's why I don't have my e-mail listed. As I said, that's only personal opinion...

The thing was, and it is ALL it was, the trashing of the review, you STILL don't get that.

Staying anonymous is important, i can tell you where i am from, how old i am, computer experience and setups, and my family situation, that is about what you'll get, but i just don't see the point.


If i created another e-mail account i would do so just for this site, i would never check it so it would pretty much defeat the point of having a public e-mail account for this site only.

Well, maybe that is what these forums are for... avast! support forums. Why should we support someone who is, let's say, using Norton, and came here just to inflame... we have more than 9300 registered users by now and that number is rising every single second... pretty much enough work to do already... don't you think so ?

No it's not, Mail washer is a way better, also SpamNet by SpamCloud which is called SafetyBar now... at least for me... but I don't wanna give him so much work to do   It deserves to have some rest, it's working great and deligent... just like little bee.
