SGS 1 stolen, sms received with new number...one question

Hey there,


On my old sgs 1, the old theft aware software is still running. Now, my girlfriend lost it,someone took it, and the mobile sent me a sms with new number and place. Went to police and they will do the rest now i hope. Now i have one question, the Number of my Girlfriend  (stolen handy) is now replaced with the new number....is it safe and possible to sent further theft aware commands to the stolen phone? (is there somewhere still a list of commands??? )


Hope, everyone understand my problem, my english aged a bit the last years.

Thats the point of this software. Being able to send commands such as locate, lock, wipe etc even though its lost (stolen) and it has a new number.

A new number would mean a new sim and that wouldn't be one that was a trusted one; So would I presume it would lock the phone and may also report the new phone number.

Depends on, if the settings are to lock/keep data on etc when lost it will.
It will always send the new info about the sim to the owners chosen number..
