Avast pro interruption

My avast pro suddenly has interrupted. I click the button fixing and the button for starting but it can't restart.
What can i do?

Repair>> Open Control Panel, go to either Add/Remove Programs or Programs & Features, depending on OS.

Begin as though you are going to uninstall Avast!, but choose the Repair option.

It shows me the message:error processing packages, please use full update

WTF, never heard of that one 

Anyway, on to a clean reinstall then.
Grab a new Pro setup>>http://files.avast.com/iavs5x/setup_av_pro.exe
Then grab this here>>http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
Now remove Avast! normally through Windows Control Panel.  Then run the uninstall utility in safe mode.  Once thats finished, you should be cleared to reinstall.
