Can not Uninstall Avast/disabling self-defense moduel not working

I downloaded aswclear but the problem is that I went to setting->trobleshooting.
I tried to disable "Enable avast! self-defense module" and pressed OK.
But it just does not get disabled.
How can I do it?

Try to uninstall in "safe mode". Reboot by pressing "F8" repeatedly. Safe mode will disable self defense module. Did you use http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility

Your post begs the question...why do you want to uninstall avast?  ???

Safe mode doesn't disable the avast! self-defence module, avast! doesn't run in safe mode. Which is why the instructions on the page you download the uninstall utility says to run it from safe mode.
