IMO, based on the MBAM log, I think you should update MBAM again and quarantine and follow the directions given to you to quarantine the infected items (CD or not). If you want your machine working again, you can't assume that these are false positives. If after doing this it doesn't work, then I would uninstall and reinstall Avast.
(I'm thinking the same lines as Gargamel360.)
