No Valid License Content Found
« on: January 15, 2012, 09:38:31 PM »
I have had multiple problems intalling Anast Internet Security (ver. 6.0.1367).  It finially seems to be installed but when I attempt to insert license file I get the message "No Valid License Content."  I have even had a second license emailed to me and I get the same message.  Need help.

I have tried this both ways listed in the link but each time I get the same message.  I thank you for your suggestion.

Windows 7 Home Premium service pack 1, 64 bit.  No other security related software, however I did upgrade the Avast Antivirus to Internet security.

Your license should be fine... how big (exactly) is the license file you're trying to insert?

Uninstall the Free edition of avast. Run the removal utility (see my signature) and install anew the AIS trial (no the Free edition) and reboot. Only when you are sure all is working correctly (and please don't skip the reboots), try adding the valid license file.

Please report back.
