Installing Avast on New PC w/ Reg # of Older Version?

I will be receiving a new PC soon and would like to install Avast 4.5 on it.  Currently my old computer is using Avast version 4.0.  Can I use my existing registration number from the older version with this new 4.5 version on my new computer?  Or do I need to register all over again since it is a new Avast version and a new PC?  Thanks.

Sure, you can use your old one (as long as it's valid).
